How do I stop following and observing a player/game?

How do I UNFOLLOW somebody? I was watching some top games when.. I wanted to play but as I was playing I couldnt stop the games from appearing and appearing (one minute, so as I shut them down they popped back up.) I disconnected and  cae back.. Changed my settings.. Still. I was following them. What the... 

When in live chess if you click on your setting a small option box appears.

Click on the Play tab then un-check the box marked

Automatically watch top games at start up

then click on the Orange Save Settings button

It didn't work for me

You can click their name and Unfollow or type /unfollow USERNAME in the chat

i just go to the home page

I did it yesterday and ye i clicked the "x"
