How to change rating range on live chess?

I play mostly 30 second chess and I keep getting matched with people at 700-900, sometimes even less. I'm at 1100+ trying to grind it up and it sucks so much when I get setback so much by messing up against the lower rated match-ups. Especially when winning against them only nets me like a single point, no points, or just very low. I've tried changing the settings but no matter what I change it into after I click "
save" when I go back to look it's once again displaying the infinity symbol as the range

Hi there!

You can adjust your preferred rating range of your opponents via your play settings! You can learn more about how to do that here! Hope this helps! happy.png

Hey blitzblunderz. Unfortunately that doesn't help. I was already aware of this in the settings as I explained. My issue is that no matter what I try to input as my new rating range for some reason the settings reverts to the infinity symbol after I click save. It won't change no matter what I do it always reverts to the infinity symbol.

Having the same issue, I have looked everywhere I can think of and nothing so many times and I can't figure it out

Under the "incoming" and "outgoing" you can set it there.

It "says" you can, but it doesn't work, as multiple posters have already pointed out on this thread.

Does anyone have an actual fix instead of just repeating the same "go look at the help page" comment?
