Search for members with female names e.g. Finley, Byrd, Peyton, Kris, Golden, Kerry, Avery, Devyn or Kendall.

Too late now - though these names have the closest total overall population of females and males.
When I'm searching for the women, I usually put in chat words like "hey,,, baby." It's important to pause after the "hey" and "baby" or they won't like it much.
