IMPORTANT - Live Chess login problems

I constantly have problems logging in. I always get a sign up/register page, but never the choice to put in my username. I'm using a HTC hero if this helps.
I also occasionally get an icon at the top of my phone, to let me know its my turn, but more often than not I don't. The first I know sometimes is when I get a warning, telling me that I only have a few hours left to play my move.
No, never. I'm getting it just now. I'm trying to log in, but every time I press the online button, it takes me to the sign up page. It's so frustrating.

Have you tried clearing your internet cache in settings / applications / manage applications / chess.com / clear data
Am unable to login to live now ....never had a problem before. Message is...
The connection was reset

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network

It wasn't a scheduled interuption. Live chess crashed. We're investigating why, but it is up now.

hi kohai, i'm having a problem with the live chess application. The page loads halfway - till i can see the small chessboard rotating - but it is forever stuck there. It says "Loading" but never loads. This has happened on and off recently but I always managed to get in eventually (just gave up and tried again another time), but now the problem seems to have become permanent.
I have Firefox 4.0, IE8 and Chrome, but it's the same in each browser. I cleared cookies and cache to no avail. I thought it was a flash problem, so I uninstalled and reinstalled flash, but it still doesn't work. My flash version is 10,2,159,1.
Can help? Thanks!

The problem revived now and the server judged me that I abandoned the game :(

Something not to make fun off for the person that cannot logon. If it was you would you like the sort of help (no help) you are saying. Going off the screen with your text is not shown much respect for the people trying to solve this problem for the member.
