Nevermind, I found it. Settings > board > pre/post game animation. Not sure how I missed it the first time.
Is there a way to turn off the new start/end of game visual effects?

So it seems that today they added some animations to the start and end of live games, and I find them visually distracting/jarring. Especially the one at the start of the game. I took a quick look in the live settings and couldn't find any way to turn them off. Does anyone know if there's a way to get rid of them?
