I've never had K=40 in rapid Fide elo. What can I do?

Thank you. Yes, I know it in fact the problem is that they didn't give me K=40 in any games. I started to play tournament in 2023 and I've never received K=40
It also says:
“K = 40 for all players until their 18th birthday, as long as their rating remains under 2300.

Yes, under 18 players stay at K=40 even beyond 30 games as long as they are < 2300.
However, everybody has K=40 for the first 30 games.
K-Factor for FIDE Rapid & Blitz games is always 20, even for the first 30 games or if you're under 18
Hi everyone, I've noticed I should have 100 elo Rapid rating more than now cause Fide didn't use K=40 in my thirty first matches I played (one year ago or more). I've tried to report it to my federation (Italy) and to Fide as well, but nothing (just Italian federation tells me that it's all upon Fide which doesn't answer).
There is someone who had the same experience and fixed it?
