jdilley. I support your desire or need to make a new thread regarding a problem that frustrates you and most of us. :) It's important to keep reminding staff that this issue is driving us mad.

Calm down, you sound guilty... This is the 6th thread on this same issue. The act of creating clone posts is called spamming. You are in the red here not me. I was addressing your folley and apparently you are sensitive to someone telling you when you're wrong. Nevertheless, you are the spammer here not me. This is pretty accurate.
If I'm in the mood for live chess, I play on www.igoogle.com. I don't get disconnected here that often and when I do its because my internet connection is bad.
Disconnections and plenty of times - and it is not due to browser (i use firefox), not due to wireless connection as i dont use a wireless connection. So? Nothing to do except statr using yahoo again for live chess - everything else her :-)
I prefer Online Chess; but once in a while I go to Live Chess for a couple of quick games (5 to 10 min.), just for fun. 200+ games and I've got disconnected only once, lucky me!
Last I checked, Tech support was not a browser or a computer. "Enough said."
