You can go to the Live Chess settings screen here: http://www.chess.com/home/livechess_settings.html , and click the box near "Reset Live Chess windows to the default layout", then click save. This should fix the issue you are having.

For the past three days I have not been able to play any games. I am able to login successfully, but when I click on 'Live Chess', it takes me to the new window and other small windows open too; but nothing happens in the 'Seeks' window. I can neither see any seeks created by others nor can I create my own. After sometime I get a message that you have been disconnected. This has happened each and every time I have tried to connect in the past three days.
Has chess.com changed anything by which it determines the connection strength and if it is not enough then automatically disconnects?
I have been a member since Novmber 2008 and nothing has changed in my connection attributes in the past couple of days; though it has been a little weak right from the beginning. I was able to play games without much problems (though I used to get disconnected sometimes).
