bss10506, the friends list is very convenient. 
- In Live chess, you can click on the name of anyone chatting and the second option from the bottom will be "Add to Friend List".
- On the website, you can click on "Members" at the top to search for someone. When you view their profile, "Add to My Friends List" is an option.
Live chess is fun. But sometimes it gets frustrating. I know about that. How would you even add people to you friends list there? Confusing, but really fun.
