I would like to play my brother as we have both just downloaded the app. We set the time to 10 minutes and I had taken many more of his peices but i ran out of time first, and it came up that he had won the game. How do we take the time off and just play a casual game until it is finished? Thanks

It sounds like you set up a 10 minute rated game.

Once the game is started, you can't change it.

You should ask for a rematch.

Ok thank you! We don’t want to play for 10 minutes though. We just want to play casually with no time limit. Any ideas on how to achieve that?

Why not set up a daily game with a 24 hours per move limit? (Up to 14 days per move if you want.)

Daily games do give you the option not to automatically call a game over on a timeout. (Option in daily settings)

You can change what happens after you move in a daily game in settings. You can go to your next game, stay on the same page, etc.

On a PC you can right-click on the game and open it in its own tab.

hi, i'm trying to play a game with a friend.   either it gets stuck "searching" and the game never starts, or the game starts, makes a move itself, announces it'll abort in a few seconds, then aborts.   what am i doing wrong?
