Rating doesn't update anymore

All, during the last couple of weeks I've been playing, my chess.com rating doesn't change anymore. My current rating is 1388 and it has been exactly that for the last ~30 games. Looks like a bug in the live chess system?

I installed the Android version of chess.com on my Google Tablet lately, maybe that interfered with my account in some twisted way. Then again, it could be something completely different :)

Anybody has a clue? I couldn't find any information about this on your forums, but I might have overlooked something. Any help would be appreciated.

If you view the Details tab on one of those finished games, you'll see you've been playing unrated games

On the web, click on New Game in live chess (top left of the seeks graph). Use the presets drop down box and click on Custom.

From there click on the grey text 'Ratings Options'  make sure 'Unrated' isn't selected.

If you're playing from the app, when creating a challenge there is a check box to select rated or unrated
