The ones that are on the right side with White and Black bars by each move (I think are the ones you mean) displays the amount of time it took to move. For example, if "7.6" appears next to a White bar, then it means that White took 7.6 seconds to move.
The numbers in analysis (or sometimes on the left side during select games streaming etc.) are essentially the "odds for winning." These numbers look something like "+1.50" or "-3.25" and so on. Positive numbers mean White is better evaluated and negative numbers mean Black is better evaluated; needless to say that numbers farther from 0.00 indicate a larger advantage. In my example, "+1.50" translates as the computer believing that White is roughly a pawn and a half better (1.5) and "-3.25" would mean "Black is evaluated as 3.25 points ahead."
I should know this but,
what are the numbers that change from turn to turn next to the live chess game supposed to mean?
Are they odds for winning?
