It is 'Chessnetwork", he has 4000 Quick rating and 2126 Blitz rating.

I always assumed that there was some sort of list of rankings somewhere on this site but never looked for it, I guess there isn't one... but why not?

Chessnetwork by far. His quick rating is about 3500. ive played him in 3 games and it was absolutely insane, the games were literally all over in a matter of seconds.

I think the best player here is Fritz or Rybka.

When judging players, you have to consider that there are three different types of chess, with a different player leading each category.   I can't find the list now, but there is a list, ranked by rating, for each category.  I remember that quick was lead by ChessNetwork.
