Can't believe a mate in 10 wouldn't be within the calculations horizon, literally the bishop move to a6 trapping the king is obvious, and then the mating pattern that follows is just as obvious.

Bishop'ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss♝!

It's positions with a lot of Bishops on one side (and one of opposite color on the other side) that apparently have a forced checkmate as the solution for the side with less material. Unfortunately I messed it up by posting a position that added Knights, but I think my good friend the OP didn't mind.

Check out my bishop underpromotion puzzles in my "best underpromotion endgame compilation" topic.

@Illbtu: Nice problems! There is still a lot to be done with those "stuffed board" (my term) positions!

Done. Nice compilation of puzzles and ideas there. I also recommend others to visit that thread.

Thanks Master. I am usually not a fan of the "stuffed stuff" however sometimes I have an urge to violate the bands and ties of conventionalities and go for totally wild explosions. grin

An honor to have @drdos7 here, his works are great compositions and extremely inspiring.

And if the thread was derailed, that was due to my own doing since I was trolled to include the spammer-troll "Jack in the puzzle" with the puzzle that has a "Mate in 15". Before that it was all bishops.

So pardon me.
