Well yes, but not really, after renala he's easy in my opinion, before her though, he can be a bit of a menace.
But the sellen quest for that makes radhn mandatory, right?

So, in elden ring, there’s a character called Alexander the iron fist, a giant jar. For his story in the radahn fight end, he says that he got cracked yet he survived, and in the end (spoiler warning) his questline ends with a duel to the death, and we, the character, end up winning. So my theory is that the “Alexander’s innards” item is going to be used to be put into another empty jar.
