A Thread About Nothing

I recently finished almost binge watching the first season of the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. I've learned a few things, namely that I was too young to appreciate that show. At times it's almost like the South Park of 1950s TV. They break the fourth wall by talking to the audience, responding to the narrator, and referencing their own show and some of others. Bullwinkle comes up with some hilarious one-liners, often poking fun at the current events of the time. Natasha Fatale was my first crush. I was four or five. I might even start season two.

Does anyone remember "Space Ghost," from Saturday morning TV cartoons, about 40-50 years ago? Our advance ages might be showing? LOL !

Oh yes. Space Ghost made kind of a comeback in the 90s, so another generation can enjoy.

Space Ghost was one of my heroes.
I forgot to mention that Dudley Do-Right had a crush on Nell but Nell had a crush on Dudley's horse. In the words of the narrator: "Dudley loved Nell. Unfortunately, she loved his horse."
Remember, this is a children's show.

To a child, that sounds kooky. To an adult it sounds lewd.

The truth is you don't know what is going to happen tomorrow. Life is a crazy ride, and nothing is guaranteed.
