📖 A thread for my conlang Kamesotonishira (rice language)

I keep procrastinating on this one (been about a year and I barely did anything)

I'll post some stuff abt it also include some updates in this thread

You guys can also give some ideas, but I may not like or be able to follow them all

Details:

Consonants = n t d sh ch k s g r m p b l (arranged by frequency)
Vowels = a i o e u (arranged by frequency)

Writing system = Alphabetic syllabary

Sentence structure = VSO

Syllable types represented by the written symbols= CV, V, VCV, and CVC

Update 1: added first tentative words and a few basic grammar

Other than the vocab, everything is from last year's work

Eventually I hope to reach the level of evolution, where I can modernize and simplify the conlang a little

(hopefully by then comment 1 will be a good enough "textbook" for some to make sentences and stuff in my conlang lol)

Update 2: introduced compounding and pluralization

more basic words added

Update 3: deleted the word for here, as i have not decided on what to do with adverbs in a SOV system

also added the letter h to all pronunciation guides without it at the end. This lessens the number of possible symbols from 116 to 61

introduced the symbol for n, the only consonant to receive its own symbol

with the introduction of n, some words have received this letter

the word for please (ma na) has been changed to (ma ra sa i)

Update 4: added what is possibly the most important word, rice. (ka me so to)

I can take this word to have the name of the language

How about Golagat

Gologato (I had to modify it a bit) sounds kinda good

added the possession grammar rule

added no ru me - to identify the name of a person

the pluralization prefix -ka has become -kan
