Are chess.com forum moderators paid?

I was wondering if they are paid. I know most website moderators aren’t, but chess.com is a big website so I wasn’t sure.
they dont get payed. it is voluntary work it think

Most are volunteers. There is a professional staff coordinating things/ booking the trips for us.
