Are you allowed to swear in clubs that allow swearing?

I realized that most of my friends in the B1Z hub club (I'm not in any way trying to advertise or anything) have either had been warned, muted or banned before. All for abuse. I've always wondered if swearing is not allowed in private clubs that allow swearing, because I've never sworn before, but only in B1Z hub where they allow profanity. So why was I muted? I even contacted a staff for that, and they said profanity isn't allowed. So what gives? Am I just dumb or did I somehow swear accidentally in the public forums?

it's allowed in private clubs that allow it, but as far as I know cc dislikes those kind of clubs and is kind of out to get any members who are in it

Most of the people that were banned were not banned for language. Actually none of them were banned for verbal abuse. One was for alt account, a couple for fair play, one for abusing the premium free trial, more people banned for alts... actually alting is the most common reason for ban.
