At the age of 50, the doc gave me the “at your age” speech and warned this nerd to stop lifting heavy weights. I ignored him. Five years later, this nerd learned the hard way what the doc was trying to warn me about. Now, years later, this nerd enjoys (suffers) the rewards of lifting heavy weights over the years.

I do, along with yoga.
cool, what skills can you do?
Not many, I've only been doing it for a year.
I can do most common standing balance & strength poses (half moon, warrior 3 etc.). Most of the stretching poses are easy (because I've been stretching for a long time; I'm already flexible).
oh I mean calisthenics skills not yoga
just beginner-level stuff (like dips, plank hold, elephant handstand, headstand).
oh nice, i can do tuck front lever, elbow lever, one arm assisted pull up, skin the cat and I used to do tuck back lever
anyone here doing calisthenics?
