Yes, if there is a reason to check them, staff can. But they're not going to do it without reason.
Can they even check deleted messages?
If they are deleted on both sides, I don't know, but I'm guessing not.
Then how do you check when someone is abusive and deleting his messages after that.
it must be deleted on both sides. if someone sends you a that kind of message, just don't delete it.
I mean in forums, notes etc.
