I also believe that rating increases and decreases are specifically targeted for specific users.
It is also normal for me to start playing worse when I know that I am playing against a cheating computer, any normal human will get angry if they are playing any sport against a cheater.

Not all the players with Ukraine flags are from Ukraine, that's true. But your conclusion is incorrect.
They are people from around the world showing support for Ukraine, by changing their flag to the Ukraine flag. You can do this in the settings.

The site does not use computer players in the random pools. If you feel any of your opponents are not playing fairly, you should report them.
