Chess.com Moderators are acting against their own rules. Silencing players

So at 9:46 pm(EST) roughly i asked in help and support why there is 0.1 second for pre-move and why they are not dealing with cheaters... I go back and the comment is deleted, so i post another comment that they are deleting comments. It gets deleted again..it happens for another time until the moderator mutes me...

1. Ok there are people saying hi, and not following up. why arent there comments deleted?

2. Maybe mechanics are not part of your discussion group but cheating sure is, why wasnt i addressed

3. People go around asking if you are a boy or girl and moderators think thats ok

Chess.com attempts to solve problems by ignoring them and pretending it never existed.

Want proof? Go on help and support and talk about choocolate or something, i promise you nothing will happen. Then go question their mechanics and cheaters and boom..

Despicable and pathetic. This is the future of Global companies...But i wont stand for this either..maybe not today but one day..

Discussing the topic ONLY serves to perpetuate the issue. Fanatical claims made in #2 are simply ignorant and create further harm. It is an easy thing to do, educate yourselves and become properly informed.  What don't you two get about discussing the topic? It  does not serve anybody well except the abusers.

There is a "private forum" for discussing such, which you were probably informed about.

"Then go question their mechanics and cheaters and boom.." -OP .

What kinda fool are you to think CC should share detection methods?

Ok then

As someone who has successfully brought up cheating to the staff (and seen at least 1 account I reported deleted virtually immediatly) I can tell you they listen to cheating concerns.

They don't listen to people talking about cheating on the forums because YOU are breaking their rules (the one which says don't talk about cheating on the forums..)

Chess.com knows people don't like cheaters, so they deal with the problems- why wouldn't they? Cheaters give chess, com a bad name and lose them money (like in post #2).

Maybe chess.com would take what you are doing seriously if you followed their rules.

anyway nearly half of all players being cheaters at the 1500/1600 level? I'm gonna say that's rubbish.

i have a feeling that either i did not convey my message rightly or  some of you or you never read my post. " then go question their mechanics and cheaters and boom".. I am not physically asking for their cheating detection methods, by mechanics please read the 1st sentence of my original post..you know what re read my entire orignal post. I am complaining because i was banned for trying to report a cheater and a helpful suggestion about their game mechanics...

2. I am not asking about cheating on the forums. I am asking about why i was muted for trying to report a cheater. I am not breaking any rules

3. let me sum up my post for you "intellegent people", i am saying why are moderators ignoring me and deleting my comment on help and support chat in live game. Is that not the place to report cheaters? is that not the place to send suggestions? is that not the place to get support? I am saying why is this help and support so incompetent. People literally chat in there about god knows what but when i brought up an issue my comment gets deleted.

So please enlighten me as to what i did wrong. where do i go for some sort of justice? oh and also please actually try to understand what someone is saying and before you say i worded it badly..please go ahead and try wording it better

This forum might/might not get locked soon

I did not mention any names specifically. I just said cheaters. Therefore i am not naming and shaming nor am i making an accusation because no names were mentioned.

2. My subsequent messages were simply saying how incompetent the support team is. Maybe they are not but deleting my comment sure makes it seem like they are ignoring whatever my problem is. I do not think there are any rules i am violating when i am saying support is incompetent...if that is a rule than this company is exactly how i described..incompetent.

3. Most of the time support is filled with "Hi" some people even have conversations there about the most random things? Why do those take 3 hours to take down? But mine takes 3 seconds?

4. If they lock this post..chess.com is just scared. You do not solve your problems by hiding them, let the world know that there are cheaters, then maybe chess.com can actually do something about it.

Chess.com has no way of reinforcing any rules, there is no prevention mechanism....people make many accounts all the time, no prevention. Cheat all the time, no prevention. Random people ask around creepy questions, no prevention ( i understand you can control this).  You get banned, oh big deal make another account and proceed to do the same thing 300 times until someone reports you... Bring the problem to the light dont hide it chess.com...

No buddy I havent done this before. I have seen it. As for your police comparison when you ask what you have done wrong they will usually tell you, second they do speak atleast, they tell you your rights.
Thirdly, in case you arent aware, websites are required to know your ip address, that is the only way they can even let you see their page so please recheck your info. They have access to my IP.

2. They are moderators they arent kings.  I have the right to challenge your so called "Authority", i do not believe i have broken any rules nor are you pointing me to any specefic kinds. Nowhere in the TOS does it say "You may not insult support on forums", " You may not challenge authority of moderators"... and if it did please refer to north korea as an example of what it would be

3. since you are making assumptions i reserve the right to as well. I bet you are a support moderator who is doing this on a second account so you dont have to publicly address the issue.

4.if someone did have a problem with chess.com where should they go? Court? But wait!? Isnt that challenging authority of the moderators?  You are just posting memes and not making sense. I have addressed all your accusations against me. now its your turn, but before you do maybe go out a little and figure out how the world works instead of staying on chess.com and looking at tos rules.. simply stated..you can figure it out

NSINGH121

I am sorry if i digressed. I shouldnt have said those things, i am angry at the staff not you. But your posts have been attacking me personally. Ill try to remain objective
