I would also agree with this idea. Maybe add a little fridge to the side. In the end maybe the room could look like this: small bar (fridge, table etc) maybe behind it a shelf or cabinet to get the balls for pool and the chess sets. In the middle of the room the pool table and to the sides (not directly next to the wall) a table to play chess. This would be a little plan but I strongly believe it could be improved
