I purchased hundreds of supposedly winning lottery tickets. Not one came through! I have been swindled!!!

Yes I started buying tickets back in the early 70's and things have been a bit slow in the pay-out department. However people keep telling me that one must not give up in order to move forward so I guess I'll carry on looking for success lol.
Sure, I’ll give you a $2 winning ticket if you pay me $10.

Meanwhile up here we have a $ 60 million dollar lottery prize that is unclaimed ( about $ 45 million US, tax free in Canada ). Yes last October the winning ticket was sold in Edmonton Alberta and if nobody claims the prize by this coming October the money goes back into the prize pool. Imagine somebody having bought the winning ticket and they are in danger of missing out on the prize lol.
