Death note theory

(LOTS OF DEATH NOTE SPOILERS)

I was doing some thinking today, the death note rules states that its user, light for say cannot go to heaven or hell. What if the user instead became a shinigami? I'm thinking what if shinigami are like stands, represent ur spirit or who u r inside, doesnt have to be an exact representation but this could work.

Examples:

While the world represents dio

killer queen represents a cat
while dios stand may look like him, kiras looks like a cat which does explain how Kira wanted to have a quiet cat like life.

Now let's look at light.

unlike other killers (even tho he also goes by the name kira) light thinks things through, making his plans flawless. He originally started using the death note for justice against criminals but then went after people who were tracking him down. So in total he has a cunning and smart personality,  making him a great killer.

You're probably thinking how could he be a shinigami, well where do you think shinigami come from? They must be death note users reborn in neither heaven or hell.

Now let's look at the new, unnamed shinigami

he has a mild resemblance to light, or at least he looks how I described lights personality: cunning, evil, menacing like who we might have been before.

What do u guys think?

So you’re basically saying that if a human uses a death note, they cannot go to heaven or hell (like the rules say) so instead, after death they turn into a Shinigami???

man that’s a pretty dark and overthinked Conspiracy theory. But I sort of agree

It seems to me that the topic of the death penalty in this comic was not fully disclosed.

Light's shinigami specifically says, upon his master's death, that all humans vanish into nothingness. Your theory therefore can't be true.
