Hdo box i think it’s called. Downside is the ads, most subtitles don’t align, some video files are bad quality

Search up a film and put Archive.org. However, I don’t know if it works for every film, but I did manage to watch all of Dragon Ball Broly.

the-eye.eu is alright. But not a lot of selection. If you go to the hidden wiki on a TOR browser you will be able to find websites that you can watch these types of things on. Though bewarned you may get compromised if you do not know what you're doing.
