Driving 260 MPH On The German Autobahn

Speed limits on all interstates and limited access highways in the US should be abolished, and driver licensing standards made equivalent to Germany.

I can't agree with that. The German system works, because it is in Germany. In the US, some dope would ride on the left, because he's going faster than the slowpokes on the right BUT there will be a line of cars behind all waiting to go and he won't get out of the way. We have too many road rage incidents involving guns as it is. I can just imagine mass carnage.
So you go around them on the right then. I'll take that risk easily before enduring anymore 55/65 mph speed limit.

My comment had slowpokes on the right already. So there is no going around. I've seen this too many times already on 2-lane divided highways, like in Kansas, the K-10 (between KC and Lawrence) where a parade of grannies on the right is going marginally slower than the first driver holding up a bunch of fast-lane folks behind him. We already have road rage shootings on 3-4-5-6 lane highways. The Autobahn method won't work in the US. If you need it that badly, you can move to Montana or Germany.

I’ve been to both of those places. Montana has no police presence on the highways. Our car hit 125, no problem. There were cars going 150.
In Germany, I drove on the whole autobahn. Crisscrossed across the country. No police presence there either.

Montana the speed limit is 80 mph, but not fast enough for those desolate roads. Just rigorously ticket those who fail to keep right unless passing

Probably the same for I-80 in Nebraska, Utah, and Nevada, traffic counts of less than 7,000 per day, probably no cops.
Nobody really cares how fast anyone drives in Montana, since nobody lives there. The only real consideration is the effects of smashing into a deer at 100 MPH.
I-80 in Nebraska/Nevada is probably better than.
I'll stick to maybe 75 at my max
Perfectly fine with 55

This isn't me (I wish it was lol) but here's what a Bugatti Chiron can do. Look at that perfectly paved and straight 3 lane highway, as well as everyone else keeping right when not passing!
