I am 14xx elo on long game on chess.com and I am interested to know what does it mean in a Fide elo, am I really a 1400 elo player ?

No, it doesn't mean that.
Chess.com ratings are correlated with over the board FIDE ratings but there's no formula.

I am unaware of any updates.
