Hello Maria Privet!

So what do you want to talk about?

May I ask how experienced you are with English?  Are you interested in being corrected if what you say is not grammatically correct?  I know my English usage is often sloppy in such a venue as this.  I could be corrected often!

Carpe Diem!   oops not English ; )

Hello! I'm learning english for five years! I speak British English, are you American?

Nghtstalker

Well if you speak British English I and many Americans will be of no use to you.  ; )

Fidesia

Well, I think that as long as American people don't teach me, we can just talk😁

Nghtstalker

Ouch....

Ok. : )

Is there something u want to talk about??

Fidesia

Tell me: what do you like to do? what is your favorite lesson?

Nghtstalker

All of life is a lesson.  Is it not?  But I enjoy learning about cultures and history as a start.

このほどを  花に礼いふ  別れ哉

I love to read about Romanovs( the last Czars)

Nghtstalker

Have you read "An Englishman in the Court of the Tsar?"

It is a first hand account by a Tutor, who witnessed their abdication and suffering.  He later became an Orthodox Priest because of their example.

They had such a dignity about them especially when they were imprisoned.

Fidesia

Thank you! I will read this book!
