fav author??

Lee Child British writer . . .
Stephen King American writer . . .
Lev Albert Russian Grandmaster chess writer, now American . . .

I like Stephen King a lot, especially The Stand. I couldn't put that book down.
My favorite author, though, is Mark Twain. I have always enjoyed his keen insight into human nature, his sharp wit and sense of humor.

Madam Marfona is a talented author.Among her works is a classic "I have played chess with Zombies".Magic!⚰🧟♀️⚰🧟♀️⚰🧟♀️

The Lord of the Rings is by far my favorite book. In the last couple weeks I've watched the extended version of The Fellowship of the Rings, the directors commentary, the producers commentary, the design team commentary, and the actors commentary. Now I'm halfway through The Two Towers and its associated commentaries. Next up is The Return of the King. I have a hard time thinking of the movies as three separate entities because, like with any Tolkien fan I suppose, it's all just one story.
But I still have to stick with Twain as favorite author.
