Have you ever had a lucid dream (idk I was bored)

I have like 2 times or smth but for those who don't know what a lucid dream is its basically when your sleeping/dreaming and your aware of it and you can control your dreams but not so long ago like maybe about 4 months ago or smth I was dreaming about a game than I realized that I was aware that I was sleeping but instead of a lucid dream I somehow managed to enter sleep paralysis💀
