I would play more rapid l, bullet and blitz are fun, but they probably won’t help you improve. Try to play at least one 15/10 or 30 minute game a day.
Puzzles are also very good for improvement. They will teach you forks, skewers, pins etc. you have a very limited amount of daily puzzles here, so maybe try Lichess or another chess websites puzzles if you want more.
When a piece moves, see which tiles it can move to, then see which tiles it can move to after that. If it's in a position you don't like, see if there's any way you can prevent it from moving there.
