How do I become as charismatic as Todd Howard?

If you don't know who Todd Howard is, he's a rather infamous game designer, infamous for seemingly endless bugs in all of his company's games and most recently microtransactions. Outside of that, he also sued countless games simply because they contained words in his company's franchises. (By the way, his company's name is Bethesda. I don't know why I put this in here and now earlier, but it's late night and I'm tired, okay?) As an example, he sued the company behind Minecraft, Mojang, because they had another game called Scrolls, and coincidentally enough, Scrolls is a word in The Elder Scrolls, a franchise owned by Bethesda. So basically, he's a bad dude all around. But here's the thing, look at this picture of Todd and tell me that he can do any wrong ever with a completely straight face. Let me tell you, you can't. So how do I gain the skills of this charming devil?
