How to tell if someone is cheating.

1. If you lost they cheated.

 

2. If you won and the game took more than 20 moves they cheated.

 

3. If they move fast, they cheated.

 

4. If you lost on time, they cheated.

 

5. If you got disconnected, they cheated. 

 

6. If you reconnected on time and lost, they cheated.

 

7. If they attempt to chat during the game, they cheated.

 

8. If they block chat, they cheated.

 

9. If they chat "gg", they cheated.

 

10. If they chat "good game", they cheated.

 

11.  If your power goes out, they cheated.

 

12. If you failed to pay your internet bill, they cheated.

 

13. If your kid unplugged the network cable, they cheated.

 

14. If their engine is better than your engine, they cheated.

 

15. If your laptop's hdd crashed, they cheated.

 

16. If a tree falls on your house, they cheated.

 

17. If the damn breaks due to all the rain, they cheated.

 

18. If you think the opponent’s clock is going slower than yours, they cheated...with a lag switch.

 

19. If your time is going faster than your opponents, they cheated...with a lag switch.

 

20. If youre just plain ole not very good at chess, they definitely cheated.

 

21. If your opponent is new to chess.com and hasn't played a single game, and you lose, they cheated.

 

22. If your opponent rating is more than 2 points lower than yours, they cheated. 

 

 

23. If your opponents rating is more than 2 points higher than yours and they lose, they are setting you up for another game and they will win and cheated.

Hope this replaces the current system, almost anything would be more effective than the 99.99% formula.

27. I logged in at the library, left my account logged in, and left.  Someone played under my account and i lost 100 rating points.  My account was hacked, and they cheated.

A player i just played seemed to be cheating using not only an engine but some sort of time hack as well.  Can i name this player so everyone can know who it is?

Yes...just create another profile, and use that one.
