go to security
go to device administrators,
when you see the app, tap the checkmark next to it.
it should block all the app's access to your phone/tablet

recently my parents installed a parental controll app called Qustodio that you need password + user to uninstall.
i uninstalled it in 3 minutes but i expected to be 1 minute. (pc starts too slow)
apparently, when you meet this issue this is all you have to do:
first, locate where the files are. usually in C disk, program files
second, restart you pc with tons of applications settings that they will pop up when pc starts. this will give very high ping
third, when the pc restarts go the file immediately, drag it to trash and delete it for eternity.
last, go to where you uninstall apps and uninstall it. it should say it's already uninstalled
