HYDROXY-CUT

A little advice: don't take any medicine before a special examination by a doctor! Even then, try to avoid any chemical stuff when possible. You have to need it really hard to take it. At the most cases it's not worth it believe me; you just don't know the long term effects!

As a matter of fact I just finished my first bottle of HydroxyCut 4 days ago. I went from 220 pounds down to 211 in 3 weeks without a major diet change. I was intentionally more active but did not go to the gym. I am planning on doing a second bottle and riding the bike for around 10-15 miles per day and I hope to achieve my goal weight of 200 pounds within 6 more weeks. I was very physically fit about one year ago but I had two operations on my spine and I gained about 15 extra pounds from just laying around and healing. I think that it is a great product (about $25.00 retail, USD) and I felt no side effects, no jitters or anything like that. I slept normally as well. Send me a message if you have any other questions.

Man thats good to know about the weight lose, how much exercising was you doing when taking it?

I agree with you Manos, that is one thing i failed to do was get examined by my doctor.

I used it and lost weight, but it goes right back on if you don't continue to work out. It isn't going to make you run faster. A much more effective way to lose weight is to eat nothing but veggies and lean protein for two weeks -- if you stick to that for two weeks you will drop weight faster than any drug. Also that stuff revs up the heart rate, so the advice about not taking pills like hydroxy -- is a good, because it could cause some short term irregularities. Plus if you just eat lean protein and veggies and some fruit for two weeks you won't be about the money for the pills.

I recently went out and bought some hydroxy-cut supplement pills, I am heavily active in exercise, running, upper-body, abs, legs, neck everything. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried them and what is your take on them. And i don't know how well the chess community is with fitness and supplements, but i would like your opinion on any others that work well, also, ones to stay away from.
