I made a breakthrough in my life today and I want to share it with you fellows

So I am constantly doing aerobic exercise, but recently ( in the last half a year or even more)

I didn't do any strength training.

And today I examined the plate loaded calf exercise machine I have at home and actually trained on it.

This is the first time I did strength training in a very long time.

Hello, I can update that I am gradually incorporating strength training into my regimen.

I bought adjustable dumbbells and a bench.

I will start off with 3 exercises: The calfs, front forearm and rear forearm.

Gyms closed here in November, and I will be going again when they re-open.
