I sleep 12 hours and still sleepy.
The problem with sleeping a long time is it just gives you more REM sleep, which is dreaming. Most people believe more sleep is better since it gives you more rest. In reality though the more you sleep (assuming you have slept in 3-5 days) Gives your brain more time to emerge just below consciousness. Which leads to the problem of; you will sleep walk, move around, yell, or other symptoms if you have had sufficient sleep for the last 3 days.

The most I've ever slept in a day is 22 hours.
The most I've ever slept in a 4 day period is just under 50% of the hours.
As most would imagine, both followed periods of not sleeping nearly enough, and afterwards I resumed normal sleeping habits.
Even though this is a troll topic, if you're consistently sleeping 12 hours a day, you should see a doctor. There are a lot of different things it could be.
