I was playing a game on chess. com and when I won the opponent called me a gxy hxmxsxxxxl. I checked his profile and hes frequently playing people online. I hope that if enough people report him, he'll get banned before he insults anyone else (btw I have no issues with homosexuality, I just think this guy's being mean)
I trust you reported the member. Such rudeness should not be tolerated .

It helps if you take a screenshot of the abusive remark and include it when you report the jerk.
Now that you’ve reported the member , he will be muted, or his account closed , of this you can be sure .

I don't think its necessary, no. It might speed up the process. Don't know if they can read chat. It might be tricky to even FIND it, considering the millions of members and the amount of chat that goes on.
I wouldn't want to add words to the banned list but if someone reports in a game I would think the chat would be captured. Wishful thinking? Certainly the code exists to do this
What a strange thing to call someone. Is there such a thing as a straight one of those?
