If you want to get good you must firstly play a lot. Try to find opponents who are just a little stronger than you, analyse your games, try to see what were the key moments, where you could have improved. And play long time controls (30 minutes+) try to analyse and think carefully. You are playing blitz which means you have not much time to think and analyse and you rely on instinctive decisions. But you are a beginner player so your chess instincts are not so strong. It's like you are learning to drive a car and heading out straight on the motorway instead of going slowly around the quiet roads learning how to control the vehicle. Hone your instincts through improving your overall play in longer time controls and then your blitz play will improve as you will know better what to do through experience after only a couple of seconds thought.
