Depends. Like if you ask them if they like hotdogs or burgers and they don't answer because they like both, then fine. But if it's serious and it is needed then maybe? you asked the wrong person about this... 🙂
Thanks all for your answers,TYSM some are saying no some saying sometimes but i think it's not true fully. When i talk to a new person he or she doesn't reply me for 3-4 days and if someone comes to talk to me is only for I'm girl
