I saw some fight scenes from Star wars with the vibrating glowing sticks and it looked almost as bad or worse than my movies. And that is not cinema quality.

well this set is quite old and the more older something is, the more rarer it becomes so yeah as you guessed it the price becomes really high for people looking to buy the exact set

found it today in my apartment while cleaning up along with some old space invaders and other toy games. decided to keep it and spent a couple of hours in my free time building it so yeah definitely felt fun even though i am not quite a star wars fan lol
