It’s the rush and reward. When I worked at Nordstrom the loss prevention department was SUPERB. So many shoplifters were caught, it was great!!

They would almost always give off some kind of tell. Or you would see them stuff something into their purse. Typically they just behaved strangely. The cameras caught them all!
