True, unless it's your best friend ^w^

Exactly. This is, unfortunately, very relatable.

Not really, introverts just don't like being around people they aren't familiar with

There's nothing wrong with being an introvert; sometimes solitude can be useful. Introverts also don't relate to many people around them, for one reason or more. Some of the greatest people in history were introverts...examples include Einstein, Ghandi, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Charles Darwin, Abraham Lincoln, etc., etc.

Abtectous
“Introverts don’t like to be around people” is not true. Have any of you looked up the actual definition of these words your using? let me tell you what an introvert and an extrovert actually are.
Introvert: a shy,reticent person.
Extrovert: a person who focuses on the feelings of others rather than their own

It’s not even that introverts don’t want to be around people, it’s that they can’t relax easily when around people

Hey, Abscessus (more accurate in your case than "Abtectous")...there's more to defining someone besides a simple--and I do mean SIMPLE, mr. simpleton!--Websters Dictionary definition to describe either an intrivert or an extrovert. The earlier descriptions of people much wiser than you in this thread seem to touch more accurately on what characterizes a true introvert, so take your simple Websters Dictionary definition and shove it where the sun don't shine, loser...
