More Touch Move Rule Questions

In one OTB game, my opponent was holding a previously captured bishop of his own color in his hand. Maybe he was nervous and this helped him?! I was looking forward to the moment when he promotes a pawn. In that case I would immediately shout: `You touched the bishop, you have to promote the pawn to the bishop you hold in your hand!' Unfortunately, he didn't have any chance to promote a pawn...

the piece he promotes to is the piece that touched the promotion square, not the one that he touched
I just have a few questions.
1. What happens if my opponent touches the piece with his nose, does he have to move it, and if so, does he have to move it with his nose?
2. Do I have to touch all my pawns with the same hand?
3. When promoting a pawn, do I have to grab the piece I'm promoting to with the same hand, and do I have to place it with the same hand. What about the clock?
4. What if I drop the piece I'm promoting? Do I get to pause the clock if I have 4 seconds left?
5. IS there a specific place were supposed to pick up a piece with, like not below the belt?
6. Do we have to capture black pieces the same way we capture white pieces? Is it racist to to do it differently?
7. What if I touch a piece with BOTH hands? Do I have to hit the clock with BOTH hands?
8. If I accidently knock a piece off the board, do I have to adjust it with the same hand as the corresponding arm that knocked it over?
9.What is the time penalty for both knights not facing the same direction?
10. When centering a piece, what hand should I do it with, the same one that initially moved it 1st in the game?
11. If I knock a piece over with another piece, which hand do I use to stand it back up?
12. Do I have to move the same piece with the same hand each time?
13. Is time dilation taken into account? If I move a piece faster, time slows down for me, meaning my clock will end up having less time than my arm took to move the piece? Are they compensated for this?
These are very important questions for a tournament to run smoothly and the atomic clocks to time the games must be accurate to the nanosecond to be fair obviously, so id appreciate some clarification. Thanks.
