To me the best is no music.

But I believe that if I start listen to music  my brain will learn how to listen to the music and play chess.

You can try this, not because it is easy, but because it is hard!

for a second I thought this was going to be a speech

Lately, I absolutely love nature sounds while playing or working. Maybe, I'm just getting older, but it's the best music ever for me from time to time.
Anyway, I think music shouldn't be distracting, it should help to stay focused. Sometimes it's the absence of any music as well. I also came across an article telling that music reduces pain and anxiety, arouses the immune structure, supports healing while rehabilitation (the source is here: https://ivypanda.com/essays/music-value-and-impact ) - it sounds great, but in my opinion, these things can be said about "music of nature" or classical music.
