my diamond membership won’t work

I’ve paid, and been charged, for the diamond membership upgrade. Yet, I am not getting any of the benefits. Primarily I upgraded to get unlimited game reports but it only lets me do one game report a day.

Best would be contact support if you still don't have it, I'd wait a. Few days though first
