UPPER GREENLAND!!! No nosey/noisy/grumpy/or any neighbors, you can probably do whatever you want despite contry laws because there aren't any police for alt least 500 miles around, there's no internet out there so you can't virtually pay taxes, there's no postal service out that far so you don't have to pay physical taxesz and every day feels looks Christmas if you keep up your decorations

Actually... Am going to change. Manchester is top and then Newcastle. Obviously Liverpool is bottom! :)

The Netherlands. I believe that this little country has the most joyful, friendly and progressive people in this World.

One of the best cities is Blackpool, UK. 

We had our honeymoon in Leiden (Netherlands) and really like it. I think you'll be in a minority with Blackpool (Even though I had my stag do there) but that's what's great about these threads, we each like what we like and are free to say it :)

Oh dear. Massive apologies needed from me now. I have just had a PM explaining WoolenSocks. I am sorry for engaging in what I thought was banter. I worked as a youth worker for many years including working with kids with special needs. My wife worked in a SEN centre and knows a lot more than me. She was annoyed with me for not picking this up earlier and that his posts make the situation obvious.
