Liches* moderators utilize a shield (The, "A Lichess moderator", feature) to hide their identity when they've said something incorrect, instead of just saying, "Sorry, I wasn't well-versed enough in ____ to comment on it."

Liches* moderators chat-banned someone I know for telling someone, "Buy patron", after they asked how they could contribute to Liches*.

Liches* moderators confuse *swearing in Forums* (Which is allowed) with *swearing at people in Forums* (Which isn't allowed).

Liches* moderators close/404 threads that don't violate any established rules.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they confused stalling with not-resigning.
